Responsibilities

• Manage transactions from lead generation through closing and follow-up.
• Build a pipeline of buyers, sellers, referrals, and repeat clients.
• Prepare market analyses, pricing strategies, listings, and property marketing.
• Represent clients at showings, open houses, inspections, appraisals, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with Michigan laws, brokerage policies, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys, and contractors.
• Provide excellent service, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Holds an active Michigan real estate license.
• Has real estate experience and understands the fundamentals of the business.
• Is ready to commit to real estate as a full-time career.
• Has the confidence to prospect, meet new people, and pursue opportunities.
