As communities prepare for potential tropical storm and hurricane damage, we’re ready to respond wherever storm restoration support is needed. With established distribution and labor networks, material allocation, customer reviews, and a recognized brand, we have the resources in place to help get builds done fast. Backed by Stonegrove Roofing Partners, the fastest-growing roofing platform, we’re seeking experienced outside sales professionals in the Miami area who want to support local communities, help homeowners assess damage and understand their options, and move restoration projects forward. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners after storms to discuss roofing and exterior damage
Inspect properties, document findings, and explain recommended next steps
Help customers understand Ridge Valley’s restoration process
Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and follow-up
Present proposals and close roofing and exterior projects
Keep accurate notes and communicate with the production team through completion
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling storm restoration, roofing, or related exterior projects
Confidence building trust with homeowners during a stressful time
Familiarity with storm damage documentation and insurance-related projects
Strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills
Willingness to work throughout the surrounding market
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
What to Expect
This is a full-time W-2 opportunity with commission-based earning potential. Compensation details will be shared during the hiring process. There may be an opportunity to continue in a long-term role with benefits as business needs allow.
