The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automotive window tinting, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service. Their primary responsibility will be to install window tint accurately and efficiently, ensuring a clean, professional finish that meets customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Install automotive window tint films on a variety of vehicles with precision and consistency.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and pre-treating windows to ensure proper film adhesion.
- Cut and apply tint using hand-cut and/or computer-cut systems.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality, bubble-free finish.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors regarding job status and timelines.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during installation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tinting materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a window tint installer, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
