Salary: + $175,000.00 - $250,000 USD Highly Above Market (Open to Expertise Level)

Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• 15+ Years of relevant experience (25+ years Preferred)
• Extensive experience in advanced diagnostics and complex engine repairs.
• Proven expertise in Detroit Diesel Series 60, Cummins ISX, and Caterpillar engines.
• Proficiency in transmission/transaxle, brakes, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, diesel engine performance, engine repair, and heating/air conditioning systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and adherence to inspection procedures.
• Certification in relevant areas is a plus.
• Bilingual (Preferred).

Main Responsibilities:

• Advanced Diagnostics and Repairs: Conduct expert-level diagnostics on Detroit Diesel Series 60, Cummins ISX, and Caterpillar engines. Perform intricate repairs to address complex issues, ensuring optimal engine performance.
• Preventive Maintenance Leadership: Lead preventive maintenance initiatives to enhance the longevity and efficiency of engines. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in transmission/transaxle, brakes, electrical/electronic troubleshooting, diesel engine performance, engine repair, and heating/air conditioning systems.
• Records and Compliance: Maintain records of all diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
