• Bonus: 10% of annual salary based on performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Expert Program Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of Enterprise data, analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives. This expert role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope. The individual must be adept in managing stakeholder expectations, foster seamless cross-functional collaboration, and be driven by a passion for innovative problem-solving.

The role will focus on demand management, portfolio oversight, and delivery prioritization across the AI and Data Analytics space. The individual will not directly execute projects but will oversee the overall portfolio, manage stakeholders, and ensure effective delivery of AI use cases. The portfolio currently includes approximately 140 150 AI use cases. The primary focus will be on managing people, coordinating teams, identifying challenges, and driving the adoption of AI solutions.

The final compensation decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and this position is also eligible to participate in the organization's discretionary incentive compensation programs. The assigned work location will be within the service territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise intake and orchestration lead for AI initiatives, ensuring investments are aligned to corporate strategy, value realization, and responsible AI principles.
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact data, analytics, and AI programs, providing program governance, delivery oversight, and executive-level reporting.
• Enable enterprise data and AI transformation by collaborating with business, technology, and data management teams to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Manage program and project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and projects are completed within the allocated budget.
• Identify potential risks to the success of projects and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to address these risks proactively.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members from different departments to achieve project objectives.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Track project milestones and assess the performance of projects to ensure they meet the set objectives and deliver the expected outcomes.
• Ensure project teams have the necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and tools, for timely and efficient execution of their tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, risk logs, and status reports, to ensure all project information is accurately recorded and accessible.
• Ensure robust project governance to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT programs by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
• Identify gaps, resolve roadblocks, and solve problems collaboratively.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate teams across AI initiatives.
• Optimize existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Prioritize AI use cases and drive delivery and adoption.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a PPM Tool such as Planisware.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or job-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification from PMI (desirable but not mandatory).
• SAFe Agilist (desired).
• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (desired).

Required Experience

• 8 years of experience in technology programs and project management.
• 8+ years of portfolio management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing AI projects.
• 5+ years of experience in demand management.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-million-dollar, long-term projects.
