Expert Project Manager

Pay Rate: $129K - $207K/Year

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the enterprise intake and orchestration lead for AI initiatives, ensuring investments align with corporate strategy, value realization, and responsible AI principles.
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact data, analytics, and AI programs, providing program governance, delivery oversight, and executive-level reporting.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data management teams to enable enterprise data and AI transformation, improving decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Manage program and project budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and project completion within allocated budgets.
• Identify potential risks to project success and develop comprehensive mitigation plans proactively.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members from different departments to achieve project objectives.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes, and any issues, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Track project milestones and assess project performance to ensure objectives are met and expected outcomes delivered.
• Ensure project teams have necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and tools, for timely and efficient task execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, risk logs, and status reports, ensuring all project information is accurately recorded and accessible.
• Ensure robust project governance for compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT program delivery by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology programs and project management.

Preferred Skills:

• 5 years of experience in managing AI projects.
• 5 years of experience in demand management.
• Experience in PPM Tool such as Planisware.
• PMP from PMI.
• SAFe Agilist.
• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management.
