Export Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: Onsite

Summary:

• Location: Neenah, WI
• Position is estimated for 6 months with the possibility to extend, but not guaranteed.
• Potential for temp-to-hire for candidates seeking a long-term opportunity.
• Role involves desk work and floor interaction with the warehousing team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution for order inquiries and various questions or issues.
• Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information.
• Ensure all required export documents are complete, accurate, and transmitted correctly and timely to appropriate parties.
• Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team, and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements.
• Handle Standard/Non-Standard Picks for all applicable countries.
• Manage Freight Quoting, Shipment Consolidation/Close/Completion, and Tentative Pricing.
• Provide flow-to-the-work and back-up support for complete export responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting established metrics.
• Previous success in customer service, logistics, or procurement operations roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a previous global role, particularly in carrier or logistics for a global company.
• Capability and adaptability to assume complete export responsibilities.
