Responsibilities:
As The Export Integration Specialist you will:
Integrate export-related security considerations into program planning, technical decision-making, and operational execution for sensitive capabilities.
Coordinate complex release and protection activities across senior Government, security, engineering, acquisition, disclosure, and international stakeholders.
Align export planning with program-protection objectives, develops executive-level briefings, tracks interdependent actions, and helps decision-makers understand the operational effects of proposed release strategies.
Connect policy requirements with technical and program realities.
Ensure that approved international activities are planned coherently, sensitive technologies remain protected, and export-related decisions are implemented consistently across participating organizations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Integrate export-security requirements into program plans, technical reviews, schedules, and decision-making processes.
Coordinate complex export actions across senior Government, acquisition, engineering, disclosure, security, and international stakeholders.
Assess proposed release strategies for effects on sensitive technologies, program protection measures, and operational execution.
Prepare senior-level briefings, decision papers, action trackers, and status reports addressing export integration matters.
Align approved release decisions with implementation plans, technical baselines, documentation, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Monitor dependencies and resolve coordination issues that could delay or compromise authorized international activities.
Develop integration procedures and communication products that promote consistent execution of export-related decisions.
Advise leadership on risks, tradeoffs, and protective measures associated with sensitive technology release planning.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of Air Staff/OSD organizations and processes
Demonstrated experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.
Demonstrated knowledge of Low Observable / Counter-Low Observable (LO/CLO) LO/CLO aircraft programs and systems
Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.

Pay Transparency Statement:
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $159,600.00/Yr. - USD $266,500.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
