Job Description
Customer Order Management
Manage the complete order-to-cash process for assigned international customers and intercompany affiliates.
Receive, validate, enter, and monitor customer purchase orders in JDE.
Ensure accurate pricing, product availability, delivery terms, and customer master data.
Maintain proactive communication regarding order status, shipment schedules, and potential supply issues.
Resolve order discrepancies, delivery concerns, and billing issues.
Export Operations
Coordinate international shipments in compliance with export regulations and company policies.
Prepare and review export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoices
Packing Lists
Certificates of Origin
Dangerous Goods Documentation
Export Declarations
Bills of Lading
Letters of Credit documentation (when applicable)
Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customer-specific shipping requirements.
Intercompany Customer Support
Manage supply relationships with regional affiliates and manufacturing locations.
Coordinate order fulfillment between production sites and affiliated companies.
Monitor inventory availability and allocation for intercompany demand.
Support global planning and supply chain alignment initiatives.
Facilitate issue resolution related to product availability, transportation, and delivery performance.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for export order management activities.
Support customer onboarding and account maintenance processes.
Participate in customer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supply Chain Coordination
Work closely with Production Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing teams.
Manage product allocation during supply constraints.
Monitor shipment execution and delivery performance.
Escalate potential service disruptions and develop mitigation plans.
Compliance and Quality
Ensure compliance with:
Export control regulations
Customs requirements
Dangerous goods transportation regulations
Chemical industry standards
Company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate transaction records and audit documentation.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Performance Management
Monitor and report key customer service metrics, including:
Customer Satisfaction
Order Cycle Time
Backlog Management
