Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and battery inspections.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
• Perform basic maintenance and light repair work according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive service technician or express maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay
• $20-25 per flat rate hour
• Monthly bonus incentives
