Lube Tech / Express Lane Technician

Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, motivated Lube Tech / Express Lane Technician to join our growing Service Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry. We’re looking for someone who works with urgency, takes pride in doing the job right, and understands the importance of providing a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes

• Rotate and balance tires

• Check and adjust tire pressures

• Inspect brakes, tires, fluids, belts, hoses, and other maintenance items

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections

• Perform basic maintenance and light repair work

• Communicate needed repairs or maintenance to Service Advisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

• Help keep the Express Lane moving efficiently and customers on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive experience preferred, but we will consider motivated candidates willing to learn

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
