Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is seeking an Express Lube Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance and light repair services that help keep our customers' vehicles operating safely and efficiently. You'll work in a modern, air-conditioned facility alongside experienced technicians and supportive leaders who are committed to helping you develop your skills and grow your automotive career.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, including replacing oil filters and drain plugs
• Check, top off, and replace vehicle fluids as needed
• Inspect, test, and replace batteries when required
• Rotate, mount, and balance tires according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete light maintenance services such as replacing air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and document maintenance recommendations for the Service Advisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following dealership and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience performing oil changes, basic vehicle maintenance, or minor repairs preferred
• ASE certifications and/or technical school training are a plus
• Desire to learn dealership best practices and expand automotive knowledge
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable using automotive technology and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
