Express Service Advisor

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document requested services and vehicle concerns.
• Open and maintain repair orders using dealership computer systems.
• Perform basic vehicle walk-arounds and document the vehicle’s condition.
• Recommend routine maintenance and services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs.
• Communicate with technicians and the Service Department to ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
• Provide customers with updates regarding the status of their vehicle.
• Explain recommended services, repairs, estimates, and completed work in a clear and professional manner.
• Review repair orders with customers and obtain necessary approvals before additional work is performed.
• Help coordinate Express Service operations, including oil changes, tire services, brakes, batteries, filters, inspections, recalls, and other routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Follow dealership and Ford policies, procedures, and customer-service standards.
• Help ensure vehicles are completed and returned to customers in a timely manner.
• Provide a professional and welcoming experience from vehicle drop-off through pickup.
• Assist with scheduling future maintenance and service appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service-drive environment.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous customer-service, retail, sales, or automotive experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
