Southern 441 Toyota is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated Express Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.

Assist customers with routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and factory-recommended maintenance.

Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.

Present maintenance recommendations and service needs to customers.

Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.

Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Move customer vehicles safely throughout the service lane and dealership as needed.

Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery to ensure a clean and positive customer experience.

Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and express service area.

 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Help maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.

 Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required.

Automotive experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.

 Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
