Subaru South Charlotte is hiring Express Service Technicians to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career as an automotive technician. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want the opportunity to advance within a Subaru dealership.

Position Responsibilities

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations
• Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Battery testing and replacement
• Engine and cabin air filter replacement
• Wiper blade and bulb replacement
• Tire inspections and pressure adjustments
• Brake inspections
• Fluid inspections and maintenance
• Identifying additional maintenance and safety needs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following Subaru and dealership repair procedures

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and complete Subaru training
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
