Lube Technician – Acura of Palm Beach

Acura of Palm Beach is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your technical skills, and develop your career with Lithia & Driveway.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Perform work efficiently and accurately according to Acura and Lithia standards
• Road-test vehicles when needed to ensure quality
• Properly document completed services and repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Use shop equipment, tools, and supplies properly
• Complete required technical and manufacturer training
• Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide a great customer experience

What You'll Bring

• Interest in building a career as an Automotive Technician
• Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge preferred, but no previous professional experience required
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and complete Acura/manufacturer training
• Ability to provide basic personal hand tools
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
