He has first-hand experience concerning technicians’ daily hurdles and works with the techs to overcome any challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lubrication, oil changes, maintenance, tire services and inspections.
• Communicate needed repairs to Parts and Service Associates.
• Follow all Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC standard workflow processes.
• Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean working environment as well professional appearance at all times.

Job Requirements

• Good work history
• Aptitude to take direction and mentoring from others.
• Must have all tools necessary to perform tire and lube maintenance and repairs
• Must have a laptop computer
• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• The desire to be the best
• All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
