Job Type: Part-Time/Flexible (2–3 days per week to start) with Full-Time Growth Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | Overtime Opportunities Available

Our team provides window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, and holiday lighting services—all while delivering the friendly, reliable service our customers know and trust.

No experience? No problem. We'll provide the training. You bring the attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
- Perform window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior services
- Install and remove holiday lighting
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
- Safely operate ladders, equipment, and professional cleaning tools
- Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Represent Sparkle Squad with professionalism and pride

- Valid driver's license required
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, or customer service is a plus—but not required
