Shield Roofing is hiring Exterior Home Improvement Sales Advisor to help homeowners protect what matters most with high-quality roofing solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss options
• Provide clear estimates and recommend the right solutions
• Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline
• Use proven sales systems and training to improve results

This is an outside sales role with training and team support provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable in a performance-based role

No roofing or sales experience required — we train the right people.

Pay & Compensation

• This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role.
• First-year on-target earnings (OTE): $100,000–$150,000
• Uncapped commission — performance drives income
• Includes a short paid training ramp before commission-only pay
• Top performers can potentially earn $150,000+ in their first year
