Extrusion Line Operator – 1st Shift

Operators on our 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) earn $17 to $19/hr, plus $100 every two weeks for good attendance. Base pay is $17/hr to start, $18 at 6 months, $19 at 12 months. Want a bigger check? 2nd shift (4:00 PM to midnight) adds $1/hr and 3rd shift (midnight to 8:00 AM) adds $2/hr. Two 15-minute breaks, eight hours on the clock, with overtime on occasion. We run three 8-hour shifts, around the clock Monday through Friday. We make custom plastic extrusions for customers across the country, and we train our own operators. Nobody walks in the door knowing this job. It takes troubleshooting, attention, and dependability, not prior experience. You won't be doing the same thing hour after hour.
