About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products, perform inspections, and ensure safety and efficiency in the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure high-quality output
• Load raw materials into production equipment accurately
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Measure and record production data precisely
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety policies and procedures
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines consistently
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as directed
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating extrusion machinery or similar manufacturing equipment
• Ability to operate RF scanners and perform order picking/packing tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols
• Experience with quality inspection processes

• Extrusion machinery
• RF scanners
• Production equipment used for loading raw materials and packaging

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Standing for extended periods in a manufacturing setting
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness in a production environment
