Pay, Shifts, Growth
- Start: $19.00/hour (+$2.00/hour shift differential)
- Progress: Within 1 year you can earn $23.00+/hour
- Schedule: Days: 7:45am to 8:00pm (2-2-3) | Nights: 7:45pm to 8:00am (2-2-3)
- Career path: Trainee Operator C Operator B Operator A Production Tech (Production Techs earn $30.00+/hour + shift differential)
What you’ll tackle
- Execute machine setups for production runs using schematics and prints
- Oversee multiple lines; keep stacking and packing aligned with throughput
- Apply shop math and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers for precise checks
- Log production data and quality results in MES
- Troubleshoot equipment/process deviations to protect quality and schedule
- Follow written and verbal English instructions and communicate clearly with the team
- Champion safety, quality, and customer requirements
Preferred strengths
- Attention to detail; mechanical aptitude; eagerness to learn
- Equipment Troubleshooting and general Troubleshooting Skills
- Precision Measurement & Inspection; Shop Math Skills
- Blueprint Reading; Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus

- Extrusion, Injection Molding, Thermoforming, and Blow Molding machines
- Pelletizer Machine; Tube Mill; Tube / Pipe Bender
