Extrusion Set-Up Technician - 3rd shift

 What you will do:

As our Extrusion Set-Up Tech, you will be responsible forequipmentset-upincludingnecessary die changes, sizerchanges, screw changes and allset-up/shutdownfunctions. You will also assistinmaintainingequipmentand operate machines withinspecified operatingprocedures.

The Job:

• Set-up andshutdownextrusionlinesfor production.
• Work withoperatorstoefficientlystartproduction.
• Performfloorlevelmaintenanceto tooling,extrudersanddown stream equipment.
• Assistoperatorsinperformingtheir tasks and teach them to identifyand troubleshooting problems.
• Assist inestablishing andcompliance with plant safetyprogram.
• Trouble shootingofmoldingmachines to ensure qualityproducts areproduced.
• Maintainquality levelssetforthfromtheQA Department.
• CoordinateeffortswithdepartmentSupervisor,shiftleads, PlantManagerand otherDoor and Wall departments toassureproductflow.
• Implementnew Policyand ProcedureGuidelines forDepartment.
• Communicateand act as a liaisonwithalldepartmentsand shiftson a dally basisto assure proper productionneeds aremet.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Highschooldiploma or equivalent experience.
• Strongmechanical abilityor knowledge.
• Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.

Hours and Location:

• Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI
• 3rd shift, Monday-Friday; 10:50pm-7:00am
