Our client is growing and looking for an experienced Extrusion Technician to join their team.
-Set up, operate and maintain extrusion equipment according to specifications
-Install dies, mandrels, machine screws and sizing rings
-Perform first part inspections and in-process checks
-Troubleshoot, repair and perform maintenance on the equipment
-Ensure materials are dried to specifications and according to the schedule
-Determine machine adjustments and material requirements according to the specifications
-Adjust setting and controls as necessary
-Package and label finished products according to specifications
Required Skills & Experience
-A minimum of 5 years of experience setting up, operating and maintaining extrusion machinery
-Ability to read and work from job specifications
