Requirements: Mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations

Perform hands-on mechanical and electromechanical assembly of components and products in a manufacturing environment. Follow established work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards to accurately assemble products using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools, basic production equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper functionality.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work effectively as part of a production team while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Identify and communicate assembly issues or quality concerns to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

• Vocational training, technical education, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
