Position Summary
The Machine Shop Supervisor is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and performance of the machine shop and machine shop team members. This role oversees daily production, CNC machine setup, quality inspection, workflow coordination, safety compliance, and team development while ensuring productivity, accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved. The Machine Shop Supervisor leads day-to-day machine shop operations, assigns work, monitors production, resolves operational issues, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Office, warehouse, truck yard - moderate to loud noise level. This position regularly requires standing; walking; sitting; use hands; reaching with hands and arms; and talking and/or hearing. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
