Job Title: Fabrication Production Clerk

Location: Green Bay

Reporting to: Fabrication Operations Manager

Starting Pay: $26.00

Essential Job Functions:

• Daily and weekly production reporting, including makesheets, yield reports and cattle numbers
• Schedule employee vacations, process vacation changes throughout the year.
• Print, organize and prepare paperwork and documents as requested by supervisors.
• Follow up on required safety documentation (5 whys), to ensure supervisors complete and submit necessary paperwork
• Daily Office Support- Prepare morning coffee and assist with routine office tasks.
• Track pending attendance violations and ensure employees are brought to the office to review and sign the document.
• Communicate with payroll regarding vacation balances and sick time hours.
• Back up to HR clerk when needed.

Experience Required:

• Administrative experience preferred
• Experience with employee relations, timekeeping, personnel records preferred

Skills/Abilities Required:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Excel
• Experience with SAP and UKG
• Strong time management skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays as needed
• Bilingual Preferred
• Ability to start at 4:45am
