$17.00–$17.50/hour | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
HireCall is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Door Department Production Associate for a valued manufacturing client in the Tulsa area.
This position will begin in the Cores/Door Department, working with hand and power tools to assist with the production and preparation of commercial doors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and have experience reading blueprints, using saws, and taking accurate measurements.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the ability to cross-train in multiple departments and expand their skills.
Pay & Schedule
Starting pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour
Monday–Thursday
6:00 AM–4:30 PM
40 hours per week
Overtime may be available
Opportunity for an increase to approximately $18.00/hour upon conversion, based on performance and client approval
Responsibilities
Work in the Cores/Door Department assembling and preparing door components
Safely operate hand and power tools
Operate saws, including miter saws
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Accurately use a tape measure
Measure and cut materials according to specifications
Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the production process
Follow established safety and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Crosstrain in other departments as needed
Assist with additional production duties based on workload
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, construction, carpentry, assembly, or related experience preferred
Experience using hand and power tools
Experience operating saws, including miter saws
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and cross-train throughout the facility
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation required
Steel-toe boots required
