We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Fabrication Table Operator to join our team in Lewisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fabrication processes, operating plasma tables, and using press brakes to produce high-quality metal components. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Hours for this position: Day Shift (6a - 4p)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plasma cutting tables to accurately cut metal parts according to specifications.
• Set up and operate press brakes to bend and shape metal components.
• Perform general fabrication tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and welding metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure precise fabrication.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in metal fabrication and operating fabrication equipment.
• Proficiency with plasma cutting tables and press brakes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work area.
