Our Mickleton, NJ site has immediate openings for 1st Shift Fabrication Operators, 7:00am-7:00pm at $24/hr.

These positions will be 12-hour shifts with a schedule of every-other weekend (48 hours one week; 36 hours the next week).

The successful candidates will follow-through of production orders from inception to completion.

They will be responsible for:

Set up of equipment;

Making adjustments and modifications to equipment when and where needed to produce a quality product;

Follow detail instructions with Quality being the main priority;

Perform manual assembly operations using various production materials which can include:

• Tubing assemblies
• Formed tubing
• Recoiling
• Mechanical assemblies
• Other duties that including molding of products at a fast-pace

Responsible for safety and cleanliness of assigned work areas.

Follow all departmental Quality Management System (QMS) standard operating procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Ability to perform duties of position in an efficient and safe manner thereby guaranteeing a quality part;
• Physical ability to handle, move and pack various parts being produced;

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $21.17 to 31.75 per hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $48,436.96 to $72,644. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
