About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fabrication Technicians to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will be assembling, modifying, and repairing custom medical devices, utilizing hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, automotive repair, or related trades. No prior medical device experience is necessary as training may be provided.

Pay Rate: Available Shift Times

• $20.00 per hour
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, and repair medical devices according to specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Measure, shape, assemble, and finish components with accuracy
• Inspect finished products for quality and durability
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and maintain safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Learn new fabrication techniques and continuously improve skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on technical work
• Ability to safely operate tools and machinery
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or skilled trades is a plus
