Fabrication Technician

Fabrication Technician with experience operating both CNC press brakes and fiber laser cutting equipment. However, if the candidate market supports it better, we are also open to hiring these as separate positions:

All positions are intended to be temporary-to-permanent opportunities; however, we are willing to consider direct hire candidates who demonstrate the right combination of experience, technical ability, and employment history.

All positions are on first shift, with working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The temporary pay range is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation for direct hire candidates will be based on experience and overall fit.

For the fabrication-related positions, we are seeking candidates with experience operating CNC press brakes and/or fiber laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to workplace safety are highly desirable. Candidates with experience on both types of equipment are preferred, but we are willing to consider individuals who specialize in either press brake or fiber laser operation.

For the Stainless Steel Welder position, we are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience welding stainless steel in a manufacturing environment. Experience welding aluminum is a plus. Ideal candidates should be able to read fabrication drawings, produce high-quality welds, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
