Fabrication Welder 1st Shift

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder for a first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing team in the Bowling Green, Ohio area.
This position offers $26.00 per hour, a consistent first-shift schedule, and a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Position Overview

The Fabricator II performs a variety of fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks throughout the production process, from reviewing drawings to completing finished components. The ideal candidate has experience with fabrication equipment, can interpret technical drawings, and takes pride in producing quality work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including CNC plasma cutters, grinders, band saws, and MIG/TIG welding equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work with team members to identify opportunities to improve production processes and workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in welding, metal fabrication, or field installation of equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating forklifts and standard fabrication shop equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full-time on first shift, with occasional weekend overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a safety-conscious approach to work.
