Key Responsibilities:-Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan work-Operate equipment like MIG, TIG, or arc welders safely-Prepare metals by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces-Inspect welds to check strength, size, and structural flaws-Maintain tools and keep a clean, safe work areaRequirements & Skills-High school diploma or equivalent

-1-5 years welding experience-Welding certification preferred but not required-Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination-Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items-Safety compliance when wearing protective gear
