Fabricator

Build hose assemblies that meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. As a Fabricator, you’ll select fittings, cut and label hoses, assemble and crimp components, and test each assembly while recording the results.

What You’ll Do

• Select fittings according to customer orders.
• Cut hose to length and label it.
• Assemble and crimp hoses and fittings according to established standards.
• Test hose assemblies and record the results.
• Work with other departments, cross-train, and help where needed.
• Champion safety, company culture, and ethics.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• A team-oriented attitude, good attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
• Ability to stay motivated and meet deadlines.
• Ability to use hand tools and standard calipers, and read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Safely move throughout a manufacturing environment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with some bending and stooping.
• Use tools and equipment.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $20-$22 hourly + 5% shift differential

Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.
