Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of mechanical components and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery used in fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
