Fabricator/General Labor: Essential Functions and Qualifications
Warehouse General labor
Able to work at heights and in physically demanding positions, including kneeling, crouching, bending, and working in confined or awkward spaces, particularly during installations.
Work a standard 40-hour work week, with overtime as required.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Accurately read and use a tape measure (metric measurements are used regularly).
Safely operate hand tools and perform hands-on fabrication work.
Travel for customer installations after completing training went needed
Wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe or composite-toe safety boots and safety glasses.
Additional Requirements
Availability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and non-standard business hours when necessary.
Safety glasses are required at all times in designated areas.
Employees will receive a $100 safety boot reimbursement after successfully completing the probationary period.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $21-$24 per hour
