Key Skills & Knowledge Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Cutting & Shaping: Measure, mark, cut, bend, and form metal into specific shapes using various tools. Welding: Join metal components using MIG, TIG, Stick, or other processes to meet strict specifications. Assembly: Fit and assemble weldments and other parts. Quality Control: Inspect welds and finished products for structural soundness and adherence to standards. Equipment Operation: Operate welding machines, grinders, cranes, and other shop equipment.
