Job Description

Pay: $18+ per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Fabricator to assist with metal fabrication, assembly, welding, and grinding. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with metal, using shop tools, and producing quality work while following safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
  • Perform basic welding and grinding tasks.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare metal materials.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety procedures and meet production deadlines.
  • Work overtime as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Previous fabrication experience preferred.
  • Some welding and grinding experience required.
  • Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
