This is an hourly position that includes quarterly bonus compensation for performance that offer potential earnings of $38,500 - $45,000 per year. Our performance incentives are designed to reward your hard work and dedication.
About the Role:
As a Facilities Care Coordinator, you are responsible for keeping our office buildings sparkling clean and well maintained as a way to enhance the lives of fellow employees. From maintaining tidy workspaces to creating a welcoming environment in common areas, your work helps create a space where our team can thrive. You’ll play an important part in fostering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that reflects the care we have for one another.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and other common spaces to make sure everything is organized and welcoming.
Removing trash and recycling, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to keep our spaces clean and comfortable.
Monitoring and stocking supplies so we’re always ready for the next busy day.
Deep cleaning appliances, equipment, and vending machines inside and out.
Performing routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance concerns and needed repairs
Completing minor repairs such as tightening hardware, and adjusting doors, cabinets, and fixtures.
Troubleshooting basic issues with office appliances, fixtures, equipment, and systems.
Clearing sidewalks, visitor parking spaces, handicapped spots, and expectant mothers’ spaces of ice, snow, and debris during inclement weather to keep everyone safe and happy.
Pitching in wherever needed—excluding licensed tasks—and helping foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You:

Previous custodial experience and/or facilities maintenance experience is a plus, but you're otherwise eager to learn and grow in the role.
You’re able to lift at least 50 lbs and stay active on the job, keeping everything in motion.
Regular and predictable attendance is important to you, always showing up ready to contribute.
