Facilities Coordinator

This is an on-site role (5 days in the office).

We are searching for a Facilities Coordinator in our Greenwich office. This role will work closely with Facilities, HR, and IT teams to ensure building services are operational, employee's workstations are complete, and other technology needs are met. This will include new hire set-ups, Moves/Adds/Changes, inventory management and other misc tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding process for Facilities & ITSupport space management system for officeSupport core building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical)Maintain printers, scanners, shreddersMAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstationsInventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materialsBasic IT end user supportConduct weekly/monthly reports for Management

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functionsKnowledge of basic IT systemsAbility to communicate with all levels of staffMust be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
