    • Perform hands-on administrative and operational duties, including stocking pantries and office supplies, administering workplace policies, and consolidating customer feedback into monthly reports.
    • Foster a welcoming, efficient workplace environment where we support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams.

    • Confident, friendly, and engaging personality with a strong customer-focused mentality and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
    • Meticulous organization and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience managing large, bespoke corporate client sites with a focus on high-touch visitor and employee experience.

    • Familiarity with administering and communicating workspace policies, such as clean desk or space utilization guidelines.
    • Experience utilizing specialized facilities management ticketing databases to track and resolve occupant requests.
