_*PLEASE NOTE: This role is part of our headquarters-based team in Waltham and requires regular in-person collaboration. As a result, we are seeking candidates who can work from our Waltham office five days per week as part of a fully onsite schedule.*_

What You'll Do at Pega:


+ Help shape the day-to-day employee experience in Pega's global headquarters, ensuring our workplace remains welcoming, efficient, and ready to support business success.

+ Partner with teams across the company to coordinate workplace operations, solve challenges, and support a wide range of facilities initiatives.

+ Support executive briefings, company events, and high-visibility meetings that bring together employees, clients, and leadership.

+ Use workplace technology, AI tools, and space management platforms to drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement.

+ Manage key administrative and vendor coordination activities that keep Facilities programs, projects, and budgets running effectively.


Who You Are:


+ You have 2+ years of experience in workplace services, office administration, facilities, hospitality, event coordination, or a similar customer-focused environment.

+ You are highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

+ You build strong relationships and communicate effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners.

+ You are comfortable working with technology and business systems, including platforms such as Ariba and Robin, as well as a variety of collaboration, productivity, and enterprise software.

+ You take pride in delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming, professional experience for others.

+ You are a self-starter who identifies opportunities for improvement and takes ownership of delivering results.

+ You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are willing to pitch in wherever needed to support the workplace and employee experience.

Additional Information


Base salary range for this role is 46,200 - 67,700 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.


The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
