Facilities Custodian & Utility Laborer

A day in this role

Start your morning at either 6:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. and step into a rhythm that blends consistency with variety. For roughly half of your shift, you’ll focus on cleaning—keeping spaces tidy, sanitary, and ready for use. The remaining half of your day shifts to whatever the operation needs most at that time, offering a change of pace and a chance to pitch in where it counts.

What to expect

• Clean for approximately half of each workday.
• Spend the other half on general labor tasks that vary based on specific needs.

Schedule

Choose from two early-day schedules:

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
• 7:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
