Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician

About the role

• We are seeking a proactive and skilled Contractor to complete Facilities & Grounds Maintenance to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of our facilities. Responsible for the general maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of the company facility and surrounding grounds. Duties may include lawn and grounds maintenance, routine air filter changes, minor repairs, general facility upkeep, and assisting with other maintenance needs as they arise. This position requires someone who is dependable, hands-on, and able to identify and address general maintenance needs throughout the facility.
