Hiring Immediately, Facilities Maintenance Technician Helper.  Full time with benefits

REQUIREMENTS

Previous technical experience considered but not required.  Expected basic proficiencies with tools.  Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, a consistent work track record, and the physical ability to work on their feet for an entire shift.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

• Assist the Maintenance Technician with services and repairs.
  
• Perform routine tasks independently, such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tile and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and resolve basic to advanced electrical issues, including replacing fixtures, outlets, switches, breakers, and diagnosing circuitry issues safely in compliance with local codes.Light washing of vehicles for customers.
  
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized.
  
• Documentation: Complete work orders, track materials used, and log completed repairs using our mobile technology/tablet system.
  
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
  
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Physical Ability: Comfort climbing ladders, and regularly lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
  
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to utilize smartphones/tablets to receive and manage digital work orders.
  
• Ownership of basic tools such as hammer, drill, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc
