Facilities Maintenance Manager

·         The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities 

·         The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards 

          Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience

·         As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution 

·         You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting 

·         The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis 

·         Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility  

          Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.

          Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor  projects.

·         Other duties as assigned 

Manage all maintenance operations.  Manager the facilities equipment.  Manager the new capital equipment purchase and installation processes in the plant.
