Facilities Maintenance Manager

The incumbent will lead the facility maintenance team and handle hiring, supervision, and the professional growth of team members while providing continuous learning opportunities. This role ensures all assets, including equipment, buildings, and grounds, meet company operational standards. A background in plastic injection molding is imperative. Safety protocols are prioritized with an emphasis on supporting Lock Out Tag Out procedures. Responsibilities include managing timely service calls, assisting with machine repairs and troubleshooting, overseeing facility budgets, and leveraging breakdown analysis to minimize losses. The role also involves maintaining an efficient inventory system to supply necessary facility consumables and implementing an effective preventive maintenance program. Projects involving onsite vendors fall under your supervision. Other duties as required include directing new capital equipment procurement, installation, and all maintenance operations within the plant.
