Summary:
The Facilities Manager oversees day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple Ashley retail locations within an assigned territory, ensuring brand standards, safety compliance, and operational excellence are consistently maintained. This strategic leadership role manages critical building systems, preventative maintenance programs, vendor relationships, and capital projects to protect Ashleys physical assets and enhance the in-store customer experience. The Facilities Manager serves as a key partner to Retail Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Design, and Finance teams while leading third-party vendor performance and driving cost-effective facility solutions.

Work Environment:
This role operates in a combination of office and active facility environments including retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. The position involves exposure to moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and industrial equipment in operation. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and prolonged periods of standing or walking on various surfaces. The role requires regular travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays, with a minimum expectation of two site visits per year for each location. May require occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call availability to respond to facilities emergencies.
