Facilities Maintenance Manager

Position Responsibilities:  The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
